I have studied the body through the lens of a licensed massage therapist, certified personal trainer, and certified trauma-informed yoga instructor.* I have a thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as practical and implementable skills that will help you connect to your body and achieve your wellness goals.
During my studies toward my Master’s Degree in Public Health Education, I developed and fine-tuned my skills in research investigation, program planning and implementation, and community advocacy and policy. This work has strengthened my overall ability to inspire, educate, and support people on their path to wholeness.
My thesis, “The Experience of Psychedelics in Recovery”, is an exploration to serve an at-risk population through dedicated survey development and implementation in an effort to reduce barriers to psychedelic treatment.
