What My Sessions Are Like
I offer both counseling and coaching. Sessions are often conversational in style, during which, I take a non-judgemental, empathic, and at times, challenging approach. I ask questions that help you look at things in a different way. I support you to challenge your thoughts and assumptions, work out what’s really going on, and find healthier ways to approach life.

I provide an integrative approach to counseling that helps you confront yourself head-on, to understand why you are the way you are, why you keep repeating negative patterns, and how to live a more fulfilling life. I help facilitate a deeper and richer understanding of the patterns that both shape and interfere with your emotional and psychological well-being.
